MSR Provisions Tasting

Our Provisions Tasting is a guided culinary experience designed to immerse you in the bounty of Mineral Springs Ranch, our Biodynamic farm and vineyard located in the heart of Oregon wine country. Seasonal cooking isn’t a fad at MSR, it’s our way of life. Our pairings change often and follows the ebb and flow of our farm’s seasons. Our goal is to source 100% of our ingredients from our property, and when that’s not possible, (we obviously need oysters!) we bring in the highest quality items from our neighbors at the coast, or other organic farms in our region.
